Mr. Turner was the first lead attorney to the IRS’s APA program and participated in most of the early APAs.  Over the years, Mr. Turner has prepared hundreds of transfer pricing studies across the spectrum of possible trade flows given his varied background in this critical area.   He has access to all relevant transfer pricing databases and has a virtual network of economists who can assist him as necessary.
